Hiring Project Manager - 002

I am looking primarily for a project manager (s) who has great written and verbal skills to interact with business owners doing between $7-9 figures a year.

Once someone purchases a ticket to Mimosa Mastermind, the Concierge would introduce themselves.

They need to make sure that:

*They get a hotel room on the 1 Hotel Room Block
*That they fill out their intake form properly so we can assign them experts and seating
*That their dietary preferences are taken into consideration when planning menus
*Anything they might have questions on regarding flights and transportation (easily researchable, and must be verified)
*That if they are bringing any guests, those guests are going to be paid for, not just added to the group.

My hard cost PER HEAD at Miami is now $4,200 a person. For San Diego it is about $500 a person so sneaking someone in is a huge no-no as it can wreck our entire event.

The project manager would also be interacting with the:
Event experts and sponsors
Hotel management and staff
The event team on site at the hotel (CEO Global)

Skills:
Great written/ communication skills
High attention to detail
Understanding of marketing/ direct response and event planning
Flexibility when things change–at events things change rapidly due to things like weather, someone bringing a guest unannounced, etc.
Able to use platforms like: Active Campaign, Aweber, Google Drive, payment gateways, Trello, Excel

Nice to have skills:
Design
Some web development
