Here’s a quick sample of what you’ll be doing:

1) Assist in managing and creating several renewal assets & initiatives that have as a primary objective to increase the lifetime value of each customer.

2) Plan & coordinate internal resources through Asana and our main CRM to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

3) Track progress through existing Asana reports and ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. Report and escalate issues to appropriate key positions as needed.

4) Create reports and other material for our customers or internal presentations.

5) Detailed housekeeping across our main CRM and Asana to ensure the safety of our ongoing operations.

* Training will be provided as necessary to perform the job description.


Requirements:

1) Excellent project management abilities & organizational skills. We use Asana as our core Project Management tool. As a company, we love productization and robust processes that help us serve our customers better.

2) Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape is preferred but not mandatory.
