Web-SEO Specialist

We are looking for a technical SEO specialist who will be an essential player to our SEO department, in charge of diagnosing, resolving, and implementing recommendations related to site infrastructure, server configurations, CMS plugins, and technical SEO best practices. - Set up relevant plugins on Wordpress
- Optimise website page speed and core web vitals
- Point of reference for technical SEO issues, commonly involving site structure, sitemap, robots.txt, .htaccess, serve configuration, Javascript SEO, International SEO
- Assist SEO team with tasks related to HTML, CSS and server side changes, such as implementing schema markup, installing breadcrumbs, changing header tag styling, amending links at header and footer, URL redirection, Hreflang tagging
- Diagnose and correct issues related to website theme/site builder such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery Page Builder etc
- Assist SEO team with Google Tag Manager event tagging
- Oversee the completion of technical SEO implementations and communicate accordingly with respective parties

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Website Developer experience (in-house or agency), or equivalent
- Experience in setting up websites and making changes to Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Wordpress, Magento, Duda, Shopify
- Experience with backend SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, sitemap, CDNs
- Able to confidently navigate through CMS backend (including Cpanel) and make relevant changes to site
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Able to troubleshoot issues related to CMS and SEO crawlability
- Understands SEO concepts and importance of good user experience on site
- Effective communicator, able to work on tasks independently
- Resourceful, organised, and disciplined
- Work from home
- Have a reliable Internet connection
- Own a good computer and headset
- Must be able to work between 9AM to 6PM Singapore time, Mondays to Fridays
