E-COMMERCE AMAZON EBAY VA - Part Time

We are a successful jewellery brand in the UK, we are looking for a driven, innovative and experienced E-Commerce VA to assist with daily business operations. The job is part time - 20 hrs a week (flexible time) - with the potential to work full-time.

JOB ROLE

General administrative tasks
Contact seller support
Customer concessions
Account health management
Manage orders and returns

REQUIREMENTS

* With minimum 2 years experience in Amazon Seller Central and Ebay particularly handling cases and appeals.
* Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* An organised thinker, a diligent tracker, and an excellent problem solver.
* Knows how to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of any issue.
* Have a versatile approach towards work and ability to pick up other responsibilities within the business.
* Confident in yourself and not easily offended.
* Experience in Shopify preferred
