Seeking an individual full-time tea
-responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Sales Area
-will be responsible for maximizing our Sales team potential, crafting Sales Plan & Strategies, and justifying those in presentation with the management
-has the ability to design and implement a strategic plan based on the current situation of the company
-Achieve growth by working with other departments (especially Marketing) and hit Sales KPIs by successfully managing the sales team
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
-can communicate effectively with people on their team and have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goal
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
-with strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns and can present them to the management
- Experience using CRM tool to manage Sales Process (knows PipeDrive tool is a plus)
-with Time Management Skills
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business related courses)
• Must have at least 5 years Sales Experience
• Have managed a team in the previous employment/s
• Smart, fluent in speaking and writing in English, eager to learn
