We are a fast-growing organization looking for a full-time Marketing Manager

Excellent English without grammar or spelling mistakes is required (you can use a spell checker if you need).

We are looking for an intermediate-skilled and knowledgeable individual. However, if you are brand new to marketing, we will consider your application.

Our main focus is YouTube. If you understand (more than us) how to study analytics, increase views & subscribers, what elements create high-velocity videos, and the algorithm, your compensation will be higher than what is proposed


Important to us:
- Ability to lead, take initiative, and delegate tasks to video editor, thumbnail designer
- Learn new systems and processes, and implement marketing strategies
- Ability to pick out qualities of high-velocity videos on YouTube, and make recommendations to increase viewership
- Superior attention to detail
- Listen and follow instructions from our team lead
- That you can learn quickly and adjust to our preferences over time, so we don’t have to keep telling you how to do repetitive tasks
- Ability to draw important messages and re-purposed them into different marketing assets
- To consult us on new, cutting edge marketing principles that are relevant to our channel and niche

Your Top Tasks:

We are focused on YouTube!
o Following our advanced system with a Workflow Spreadsheet
o Keyword research
o Tags research
o Uploading to YouTube and SEO
o Writing engaging comments
o Following our strategies and system step by step

IG + FB + LinkedIn:
o Following our strategies and system step by step
o Taking our written content, editing (making sure it’s proper English and it makes sense), and creating graphics or sending them to graphics designer
o Schedule and Upload all graphics and posts into folders in Dropbox
o Posting on feed, stories, reels
o Finding accounts where our ideal clients are hanging out and commenting
o Engaging with those clients (liking, commenting, hearting specific accounts)

Repurposing our content:
o Transcriptions from YouTube Videos and converting them into graphics, blog posts, audiograms, and other assets
o Organize the staggering of our posts

Pay: $800 USD/month. As we grow and generate more revenue, you too will be compensated more. This is for a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hrs per week

Schedule: The hours we require are from Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm Mountain Standard Time (we are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada)
