Wanted: General VA / Long term

Hi there,

We are a team of people working on various innovative internet concepts. Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we are expanding abroad with some of our websites in the online marketing space. Offering unique digital services, like ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , and ---------- .

We are currently looking for a well-motivated person who can work full time 40 hours per week (160 hours per month) and who can help us with the following tasks:

Daily responsibilities:

- Responding to emails & customer inquiries
- Processing orders and transactions
- Handling complaints to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty
- Keep online records
- Performing market research.
