We are looking for a Recruiter to hire a complete remote Digital Marketing Team from Philipines for our new e-commerce project. This is a TEMPORARY role at this

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the selection and hiring process from position launch through offer acceptance
- Coordinate and schedule screens, and interviews
- Meet with leaders to determine their requirements’ need to really understand what they’re looking for
- Present and negotiate offers
- Post jobs externally and internally
- Provide internal updates and communications to leadership
- Track and report on recruiting activity
- Proactively recruit top talent
- Lead and deliver a best in class experience by managing the candidate’s experience through seamless execution of the interview process
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of digital full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire
- Have experience with recruiting talent at all levels
- Ability to set clear expectations and execute against them
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
- Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
