Supervisor - Customer Service

Please note that this job is early morning Philippine time 4:00am-11:30am. On two weekends per month, you will work Saturday/Sunday from 1:00am-5:00am.

We are seeking a full-time customer service manager who has experience answering the phone, is comfortable speaking with clients, problem solving minor customer service issues directly with our clients, and has at least 3 years experience supervising subordinate tea ---------- mbers. You will be providing customer service. You will not be a tutor.

Your direct supervisors are based in California, USA.

Experienced VA is required. If you have not performed customer service work in an office before or have less than 3 years experience, this is NOT the position for you.
