Spanish Speaking customer service agent

Hello!

We are a small group looking for an experienced someone with excellent English and Spanish written language skills to act as customer support for our financial trading service and translate short snippets of news and text from English into Spanish to post on social media.

We have many potential prospects come through Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp and Telegram wanting to learn more about our service. Your job will be to answer any questions on those platforms and encourage the user to sign up for our service. We will provide scripts so you know what to ---------- addition, you will also be responsible for monitoring our social media profiles to make sure all comments are answered.

After a succesful 1 month trial, we will also discuss a small additional commission plan on top of the offered salary for every customer that you help convert. So if you are good in sales, this can be an interesting earning opportunity.

You must have good Spanish language skills so you are able to properly interact with people from Latin American and Spain. Please indicate any kind of experience or examples to showcase your language skills in your application.
