Real Estate Cold Caller

Our company is looking for candidates for two available positions.

Cold Caller / SMS campaign representative
Cold Caller / Acquisitions representative

The ideal candidate must be ready to take full responsibility to the tasks written below but not limited to:

Making outbound calls over the phone (SALES)
Calendar Management
Must be efficient in using google docs, sheets, forms and Microsoft office
Must be able to create formal emails and SMS
Must be efficient in arranging files and can multitask

Below are the requirements that you should have in order to do the tasks above ---------- ernet speed of at least 10mbps because you will be doing cold calling
System unit not lower than i3 processor
Camera
Headset with a microphone that has noise cancellation
Quiet place to work that has less to no background noise
Must be able to work during EST local hours.

The candidates will be required to attend a 5-day paid training. You must have experience in doing SALES as this is the main responsibility of this position.
