Coordination of monthly close with the countries, management of financial information in global database and on SharePoint, preparation of various financial reports and support of financial controllers in the analysis of operating results, comparing current actual and forecast versus prior forecasted and budgeted results. Providing support to a global CFO with ad hoc reports and preparation of management presentations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global coordination of the distribution and collection of monthly financial reporting packages across the regions Americas, LATAM, APAC and EMEA.
Responsible for the monthly upload of financial P&L data into Essbase and the administration of the database.
Prepares and develops monthly management reports that provide basic information about operating, financial results and current trends. Takes ownership of SharePoint and its maintenance for the Global Finance group.
Support of regional financial controllers and global CFO with forecast/budget preparation, creation of management presentations and other ad hoc analysis
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 years financial or management accounting and reporting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting.
Knowledge of accounting and financial principles is required.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail is required.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with software and database systems used in financial reporting (Essbase, SharePoint or others) is necessary.
Individual work in a dynamic environment, effectively take on an initiative role in various areas, must work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
