Facebook Ads Expert

Working closely with our existing team, we're looking for a Facebook Ads Expert who will be in charge of carrying out all campaigns from start to finish, monitoring daily, and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. This person needs to be experienced in everything from strategy to day-to-day execution and is highly skilled in managing all aspects of our Facebook ads.

This person needs to have extensive experience managing large budgets while maintaining/increasing positive ROI/ROAS.

Has an ability to evaluate landing pages associated with each Ad campaign and identify conversion rate optimizations preferred.

Must be able to establish a holistic strategy and evaluate the entire user experience for optimization ---------- t just looking for someone to run ads, instead, this role will be responsible for driving conversions for our clients. That includes identifying why things are not working and testing ideas to optimize results.

This person must be able to evaluate ad performance and allocate budget to the highest performing ads while continually testing new variants to try to beat those top performers.

Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads required. Must be able to track conversions through the entire user flow.

Must be willing to work in eastern standard time. Preferably anytime around 9AM-6PM EST.

Must have excellent communication skills and be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Expert English is mandatory.

Must be extremely organized and able to operate with minimal ---------- tail-oriented by nature, we can’t have things being forgotten, missed, or messed up. Tiny details can have a major impact.
