Professional position using communication, organizational and business knowledge to apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to commercial legal administration determined by Standard Operations Procedure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for knowing terms and conditions of assigned contracts and provides contractual guidance to the program staff and other client selected groups.
Manages agreements to contract baselines. Could manage one or more contracts depending upon size, complexity and volume of work.
Follows Pontoon’s Contract Management Policies and Procedures

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Tracks contract modifications and updates as necessary. Drafts contract wording and prepares contract amendments.
Negotiates task orders, delivery orders and contract changes.
Reviews existing contract, prepares and updates as necessary.
Prepares outgoing correspondence.
Prepares weekly status reports, and participates in customer and internal meetings as necessary.
Works with routine contract clauses and contractual requirements.
Researches contract issues.
Serves as point-of-contact with prime vendors,, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements and/or cost proposals.
Responsible for knowing terms and conditions of assigned teaming agreements. Maintain contract files and systems.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Philippine Board Passer with a good background in Legal Management
At least 5 years of experience working in a similar field
Competent in corporate and Tax Laws
Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workload
Strong organization and planning skills, ability to manage high volume of work and multiple changing / conflicting priorities.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, mature with positive and can-do attitude.
