Your role as remote recruiter is incredibly important - you are the “gatekeeper” in charge of finding the very best candidates for our clientele. Your daily tasks will include posting job descriptions across recruiting platforms and identifying applicants to add to our database for initial outreach by recruiting managers. You will work closely with our placement tea
English language skills - both written and verbal fluency are required for this position, as is a past track record performing similar recruiting duties for other American companies.
Hours are 6pm -12am Philippines time (6am - 12pm Eastern time)
Hourly $7/hr
Virtual Recruiter Responsibilities:
-Writing detailed, clear job descriptions and posting them on a range of job boards to attract candidates.
-Communicating with the manager/supervisor and reviewing job descriptions to ensure accurate shortlisting of candidates.
-Following up promptly with prospective hires and responding to inquiries in a polite, efficient manner.
-Screening candidates
-Developing new recruitment strategies with the recruitment manager.
-Assisting with onboarding duties to help new staff during the transition process.
Virtual Recruiter Requirements:
- English Fluency (written and spoken)
- Previous recruitment experience for American company(ies)
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook and Airtable
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Ability to handle different tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
