Insurance Virtual Assistant

We are looking for virtual assistants who has an experience with quoting home & auto insurance in the United States and who knows how to use EZlynx as a rater.

Job includes the following but is not limited to:
• Prepare or run quotes for personal lines insurance
• Acquire e-signature documents from clients
• Inbound and outbound service-related phone calls with clients, mortgage companies, and insurance companies.
• Process service requests (endorsements, cancellations, etc.)
• Client research

Be proficient in:
• MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc)
• Using client management system preferably EZLynx or AMS360
• Using rating system preferably EZLynx or PL Rater

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must provide Clearance Report (NBI or Police Clearance)
- Should pass our International Background Check
- A ---------- account for payroll
- Excellent in responding over the phone and email in American English

Must have:
- Own laptop or computer (dual monitors is recommended)
- Headset and web camera for Zoom and phone calls
- Internet speed capable of supporting Citrix Desktop and VOIP

Payroll will be:
- paid weekly through Wise.
- Automatic pay increase after 6 months
- Annual pay increase (subject for review)
- Health coverage included through Maria Health

Work set up:
- 100% work from home
- Shift is during US business hours
- 1-hour lunch break from 12noon-1pm
- Allowed US holidays as observed by the agent with pay
- 5 days paid sick leave included
- with paid vacation days
