Loan Settlement Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all aspects of loan settlements are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure loan documents and instructions issued to panel lawyers are correct and accurate
Ensure funding details are accurate to enable successful settlement
Ensure that queries from brokers/partners are answered appropriately and accurately
Ensure the delivery of “best in class” customer service
Update CRM system in time to maintain data consistency

SELECTION CRITERIA

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in the financial industry is required for this position
Experience working in an Australian Financial Services environment will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
A positive disposition and can-do attitude
Keen attention to details
Ability to work well within a team environment
