NYC Real Estate assistant

Hey there! I am a new york based real estate agent, primarily involved in the residential rental market.

I am looking for a full time assistant to do the following:

- post apartment rental ads on a number of sites (zillow rental mananger, rentlinx, naked apartments, craigslist, etc.)
- generate landlord leads - I need you to find out who owns buildings in the neighborhoods I work in and get contact information for those landlords. I will train you on how to do this.
- call landlords I have worked with previously to check for new listings on a monthly basis.
- call potential landlords about new listings.
- basic photo editing - I will send you photos of apartments in RAW format, you make them as attractive as possible, add watermark, upload to shared google drive folder and use them in ads. You only need Lightroom for this, photoshop is not required.

Nothing here is particularly challenging from a technical standpoint. The main qualifications are excellent english speaking skills (for calling landlords), ability to churn out a lot of ads (fairly repetitive and tedious work), and speed. I need you to be able to quickly accomplish time sensitive tasks, of which there could be many. The most difficult task you'll be doing is generating the landlord leads - it can be tricky, since many landlords make it difficult to find out who they are, but once you get the hang of it it should not be that hard. Like I said, I will train you on how to do this.

I am looking for highly motivated applicants who are interested in a long term employment situation. If you end up doing a great job consistently, I will gladly give a substantial raise after a few months. Looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week initially, although that will likely increase to 50ish hours in a couple months once busy season starts.
