Marketing Manager / Executive Project Management Virtual Assistant for Growing Fitness Accessories Company

Good day,
We are a fitness software startup company that is working on changing the online fitness industry and how personal trainers interact with their online clients.

We believe in helping certified personal trainers by teaching them how to evolve their careers into a profession with the use of our education and software while bringing clarity through our marketplace to clients looking for an online personal trainer. We are in the business of forever changing the online personal training/health coaching industry.

We are looking to add a new Marketing Manager / Executive Project Management Virtual Assistant to our team who will work directly with the CEO & COO as well as need to manage tea ---------- mbers in the following department to ensure that we excel with our marketing projects;
1. Outreach Team
2. Social Media Marketing Team
3. SEO Team
4. Lead Designer

Our Company Stage:
We are currently in the final stages of the development of our software and have begun building our team to execute our vision for the launch and success of this exciting new project.

You should possess excellent writing, grammar, communication, and management skills and the know-how to turn a vision into a step-by-step action plan while building teams using systems to ensure replicable results.
Additionally, it would be ideal if you already have some experience with any of the following;
- Project management
- Marketing & Branding
- Outreach Management
- Creating a vision and plan
- Creating systems & SOPs for tea ---------- mbers to follow

Initially, you will be introduced to our 3-year vision and we will need you to expand on it, make it your own, and do what is necessary to achieve the vision by breaking down goals, building teams, and establishing systems to increase our probability of success.

You should have excellent organization and communication skills. Your knowledge of project management software should be at the “expert” level and you should have a positive mental attitude to create a synergistic work environment with the team.

Ideally, you are a very systems-oriented individual with strong scheduling skills and pay extremely close attention to detail in all aspects of work.

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how to break down big visions and ideals into smaller projects and individual tasks to help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

This position is for someone who is looking to work full-time for multiple years and grow within our company by learning new skills and adding value to your work by applying the new skill learned along the way.
