Digital Marketing Manager- IMMEDIATE HIRING

Responsibilities :
a) In charge of marketing material, direction, and responsible for setting and meeting marketing goals and strategies
b) Creating a system of content generation across the company

c) Email Marketing
-Creating email funnels and sequences
-Creating and scheduling all email campaigns (graphics and captions)
-Creating a mechanism to generate feedback, retain and use it for future content purposes
-Analyzing performance and tweaking strategy to meet goals.
-Familiar with Email Landing pages is a plus.

d) Google Analytics and SEO Marketing
-Able to comprehend Google Analytics very well
-Experience in creating Google Ads
-Experience with SEO marketing
-Experience or understanding of funnels would be an added advantage.
-Analyzing performance and tweaking strategy to meet goals.

e) Social media Marketing
-Creating and managing social media calendar
-Managing, creating, and scheduling posts and stories daily
-Engaging with the ideal audience and community
-Creating a mechanism to generate feedback, retain and use it for future content purposes
-Analyzing performance and tweaking strategy to meet goals.

f) Customer support (answering queries across all touchpoints)
g) Google ads & click funnels
h) Organizing and managing shoots for new collection release
i) Working closely with the online biz manager, designer, and retail team, and of course, me
j) Analyzing ads, and social media content and coming up with ways to improve
k) Liaison with other companies/individuals for events
l) Ad-hoc research and administrative tasks

Requirements :
Min 6-month commitment
Must be fluent in English
Passionate about helping plus-size people transform their mindsets and accept their bodies
Proficient in editing programs like Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Spark, and Microsoft Office
Strong marketing skills
Experience in Project Management
Experience in SEO
Knowledge of email marketing and google ads is necessary
Experience in social media management is a BONUS
Good eye for detail as well as a keen interest in plus size fashion trend styles
Highly organized and able to multitask,
Able to take initiative, meticulous, good follow-through, good time management
Accountable for the tasks assigned to you and takes responsibility and ownership of your work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Must be willing to learn and improve.
