We’re looking for a fun, resourceful, and responsible receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and
Responsibilities:
Signing up new prospects for therapy services at Zeeva managing incoming
Coordinating all aspects of the intake process including following up with new clients who haven’t yet submitted their intake.
Matching prospective clients with the right therapist for them.
Providing comfort to callers, by explaining and understanding the basic services.
Managing leads through a sophisticated software.
Update weekly or monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
Tracking inbound referrals & following up.
Review patient files.
Answer basic questions about services.
Assisting leadership with daily tasks.
Handle past due balances and missed appointment invoices.
Qualifications:
Has administrative experience, preferably in healthcare
Prior customer service and/or sales experience required
Understanding of mental health care
Must be a "people person"
Driven self-starter
Detail oriented
Friendly phone presence with great communication skills and perfect english
Compensation:
· Depending on experience
