We need a real experienced Bookkeeper for proper cost analysis so our business can make more profit.

Duties & Job Responsibilities:
* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
* Xero account coding and bank reconciliation
* Vendor and payments reconciliations
* Communicating with Vendors
* Prepayments/Accruals/Fixed asset coding
* Monthly BAS Preparation
* End of month closing of books
* Shopify related reconciliations and adjustments
* Sales count and reclassification
* Other adhoc tasks from Finance Manager


Job Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in the same role
* Accounting & Finance background is a must
* Highly experienced in navigating Xero and Shopify
* Strong background in Australian (AU) Accounting
* Familiarity or hands-on experience in the following tools: G-Suite, Hubdoc, Deputy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, committed, and positively assertive
* Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Resourceful and able to perform when there's little direction
* Analytical and attentive to important details
* Able to multitask and adapt quickly adhering to deadlines
* Teamplayer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We need someone who's organized, flexible, very smart and detail oriented - triple Virgo level. We need someone positively assertive and will be committed to what we're trying to achieve as a team. Someone honest with very good work ethic - someone we can trust with remote work. A strong problem solver and someone not afraid of changes for improvement. Obviously someone who's ready to work remotely with their own laptop, internet connection and has their Business Continuity Plan in place (back up laptop, second connection, a nearby place she can run to just to make sure work is uninterrupted in case of a power outage, etc.).

But if you think you're someone who complains a lot, sickly or generally has a lot of drama/excuses in life that will prevent you from reporting to work, this is not for ---------- t shaming anyone, it happens.

WORK DAYS (5 days a week)
Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
*possible transition to full time role

RATE:
USD 4 per hour (probationary period) | USD 5 per hour (regular rate)
Conversion:
PHP 32,000 per month (probationary period) | PHP 40,000 per month (regular rate)

START DATE:
