Hiring/Project Manager

We are looking for a hiring/general manager for our growing business. You will be responsible for managing our recruiting efforts on Onlinejobs.ph and ---------- , including creating listings and setting up meetings with myself and applicants (as well as taking notes on interviews). As a manager, you will also be responsible for employee productivity and deadlines.

1. You must be willing to become a leader. We are a fast growing business, so you must be willing to fill roles that may differ from the initial job description.

2. Access to fast, 24/7 internet connection is a must.

3. Problem solver and independent learner. We want a person who is able to come up with solutions on their own.

4. A strong work ethic and a good grasp of the English language is a must.

Pay is good. We estimate that you will work around 4-5 hours a day initially, but it may increase as our needs grow. Time frame is flexible, but we require good work to be done on a daily basis.
