Junior Facebook Ad Specialist

IMPORTANT: This is a REAL media buying position for a well-established US coaching and training company. We are looking for someone who has a passion for social media advertising and a person who is serious about growing with a company. We are willing to teach anyone who is still in the learning phase, but they must be serious about where they want to be in their career.

Client Attraction University was created to specifically address the lead generation and client attraction needs of coaches, consultants and other expert businesses.

Rather than the routine “cookie-cutter” approach to client attraction that is the norm today, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our high level of personal service to craft a customized strategy from start to finish.

Job Description
-Launch ---------- Facebook Ad campaigns (“Cold” and retargeting)
-Test ads to determine the highest performing creative, markets, and ad copy
-Analyze data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures
-Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
-Thoroughly understand company’s business strategy, goals and KPI
-Assist in managing and optimizing comprehensive ad campaigns, audiences building and ad creation
-Audit existing ad campaigns and identify new opportunities to increase client conversions
-Assist in weekly reporting
-Communicate consistently and professionally with the management team


What We Are Looking For
NOTE: These are plus, but not mandatory. We will train you.
The ones with a (*) are mandatory

-1-2 years experience with media buying )ideally but not mandatory
-Full understanding of the Facebook Ads Platform
-1-2 years of copywriting experience
-Intermediate understanding of sales/lead funnels
-Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time*
-Detailed oriented & organized*

Job Requirements
-Available 20 - 30 hrs per week
-Available during 9 AM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time (THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE)
-Reliable wifi connection

Compensation
$500 - $700 per month with performance bonuses and health insurance
