Build an API on a web server for ip whitelisting from discord (rpc node

I have a bot on discord that users are able to submit their IP ADDRESS for ip whitelisting on my rpc node on solana. I need an api that takes these ip addresses and whitelists them on a web server. UI/UX may be needed as well.
