Award winning Cloud Technology Consulting firm in Sydney, Australia has an opening for a Marketing Manager. The current role will be full-time and salaried, working primarily during Australian business hours. We are looking to build a relationship with someone who can help our business succeed over a long term.
We have been operating in Australia and the Philippines for 8 years and have a strong industry presence and are looking to hire someone who is a dedicated, dynamic individual with strong knowledge and experience. We are a technology-forward business and knowledge of cloud-based IT business systems (especially Google Workspace is essential. You'll be joining a team of A-players and we expect the same from you.
Job Description:
-Executing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results
-Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
-Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to clients’ and prospects’ needs as well as interests
-Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
-Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions
-Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
-Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
-Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
-Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
-Managing the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Key Requirements:
-You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
-At least 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager
-You have a good knowledge or experience of various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content -management, digital marketing & performance marketing.
-You have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
-Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
-You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different
- Working in the cloud (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing the business landscape
- Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees) and their particular challenges and needs
- Google Workspace Technology (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.) and it's integrations
