Technical Customer Support T1

Hey!

We have an awesome IoT/robotics pool brand that needs a technical agent.

We are looking for someone who has had prior experience working for customer service, with emphasis in the technical space.

You will be responsible for knowing how to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and resolve customer issues. You will also be responsible for helping report and develop SOP's on emerging issues.

We are looking for an agent that can work from 9AM PST to 5 PM PST. Pay is negotiable.
