We are a United States nationwide events company looking for a positive customer service associate who actively seeks customer service related opportunities. The Customer Service Associate will work closely with the Customer Services Team Lead and the rest of the Operations Team, to finalize clients event details as well as correspond with our partners that deliver on these events. The role requires a high degree of independence, judgment and discretion in decision-making based on previous experience and an understanding of the operations side of the company.
Looking for someone with great verbal and written communication skills (in English). First language English is a bonus.
