As Head of Consumer & SMB Sales, you will be responsible for bringing your strategic vision and innovative approach to build the Consumer, SMB, and Mid-Market sales teams responsible for selling all our products to those segments. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in generating new and expansion revenue, sales process design, and creation of efficient programs that allow high rep productivity in a model that allows us to scale quickly with success.
Our perfect candidate has led early-stage sales teams. We are not looking for someone to do this for the first time, nor are we looking for someone who has only ever been in sales at very large companies with massive teams. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and ‘builder’ mindset who is metrics-focused and has a great sense of humor.
