Customer Service for our website

We are looking for a skilled and patient customer service person for our website, 20-25 hours per week.

We need someone with wordpress and infusionsoft experience while dealing with customer support. This position needs a lot of patience since you will be dealing with customers as the first level of support.
We would like to see 2 years with wordpress and php.

Our clients tend to not be cutting edge technology wise. They need a little hand holding sometimes. With a smile.
