Job Description

The graphic designer and video editor will part of a team that is responsible for redesigning company and client funnels, designing client ads, optimizing and designing the company website and editing client testimonials.
This remote position is part-time with immediate potential to move full-time.
The automation wizard works closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that all assets and resources are put in place when designs are complete.

What This Job Entails

Collaborates with the fulfillment team and internal marketing team to design and implement concepts
Designs and develops funnels for the company and it’s clients
Creates client ad graphics
Contribute to the quality assurance of all project deliverables
Edit and correct videos and testimonials
Must be able to receive direction and make changes to materials as requested

Compensation

The Estate.AI Team d ---------- how much money they make based on the value they provide to the organization meaning there is unlimited earning potential.
$800 per month USD (full-time)
Uncapped room for earning growth based on demonstrated value-add
100% remote with flexible hours

Requirements

An online portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics and design
Video editing examples
A design thinking approach to problem solving
Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
Strong independent project management ---------- pable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Excellent attention to detail.
Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
