Responsibilities
Run weekly billable hours report
Assign billable hours to relevant invoices
Check for time/attendance errors
Have invoices ready for review on the 1st of the Month
Call/Collect invoices on the due date
Reconcile Bank transactions on a daily basis
Update and reconcile inventory parts spreadsheet as needed

Proficient with data-based tracking systems
BA/BS Degree from a four-year accredited university or equivalent work experience in a similar role or industry
Strong organizational skills and critical thinking skills
Strong and clear communication skills – written and verbal
Computer literate – must have access to Windows operating system
High level of attention to detail
Strong time-management skills
Ability to understand and maintain records with a superior degree of accuracy
Ability to work with a diverse team within various disciplines throughout the company
Dependable, diplomatic person, able to problem solve successfully
