JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full-time Finance VA Professional to join our Chicago-based Property Management Company. The role may require a graveyard, weekend, and holiday shift (Schedule is based on CST).

As Finance/Accounting/Expense Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital part within the company to make sure the executive team has accurate financial detail to make critical decisions.

Job Description:
* Finance and operation metrics/reports for and decision-making purposes
* Paying bills and rents in a timely manner
* Pulling data from Airbnb and our property management software into excel and creating reports
* Managing and monitoring expenses, coordination with customer service for billing issues, and application of service utilities in setting up new units
* Coordination with different Operation Team Lead in the creation of metric reports
* Enter data, maintain records, and launch reports and financial statements.
* Other Adhoc reports needed by the company

Qualifications:
* Proven background in accounting and finance for at least 4 years.
* Knows how to create reports/metrics using excel/google spreadsheet
* Well-versed in finance & management, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis
* Excellent English communication skills
* Knowledgeable in various accounting software such as Quickbooks Online

Must-Have Technical Requirements:
* Computer/Laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
* Has back-up internet source (pocket router device) and with contingency plan options in case of a power outage

There's a 2-week to 1 month trial period. Salary starts from $5 USD an hour. After 3 months, you will be eligible for a salary ---------- erested Candidates should mention 'Your Reliable Finance VA' in the subject of their response and answer the pre-qualifying questions below:
