Real Estate Assistant/ Analysis

We are a US real estate company. We are looking to add one more member to our lead team.

Duties:
- Analyze comparables for leads as they come in to determine ARV (After Repair Value) of real estate properties

Starting out at 10 hours per week between the hours of 2pm - 7:30pm EST.
Potential to expand to more hours.
