B2B Sales and Marketing Manager (Full time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Sales and Marketing Manager who enjoys working with a team, self-motivated and with flexible working hours.

We are an architectural 3D rendering studio started in 2013 based in London and Hong Kong with a team of designers and project managers. We create CGI (Computer Generated Images) for our real estate clients for marketing and planning application purposes all over the world, e.g. UK, Hong Kong, Dubai, Australia and America. Our clients are usually architects, property developers, interior designers and furniture manufacturers. Job description:
- Research on potential B2B clients
- Understand and study the industry
- Reach out to potential clients and drive the conversation to convert sales
- Respond to incoming sales request from clients
- Be responsible to drive and manage social media accounts including posting, messaging and outreach
- Search and propose collaboration with influencers
- Evaluate projects and provide quotation
- Further develop our sales and marketing strategy
- Work and collaborate with our PPC and SEO team to optimize our campaigns
- Working and standby in Philippine zone Monday to Friday 4pm to 2am.

You provide:
- Your own computer
- High speed internet
- Fluent in English
- Service Mindset and a “Can do” attitude with willingness to learn
- Minimum 3 years experience in client research and business development
- Understanding of PPC and SEO
- Understanding of social media management
- Familiarity to architectural and interior design industries will be an advantage

We provide:
- Salary: PHP 55,000/month
- Pay on 1st and 15th of every month
- 10 days paid vacation per year
- 13th month bonus
