Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Job | Location - Remotely

We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire land selling and buying process.

You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers, counteroffers, and any documents needed are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities

-Supervise all administrative duties for home/land buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
-Aid real estate professionals, clientele, and other partners with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as HOA resale certifications, Survey (if needed), and that buyer and seller remain updated on property closing details.
-Ensure inspections/showings (if needed) are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary time and dates that work with seller and potential buyers.
-Make sure the any offers and counteroffers get approved by our company and buyer to ensure a smooth real estate sales closing process.
-Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.
-Assist title company (if needed) arranging for mobile notaries and/or confirm seller/buyer attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules.
-Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the data system for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity.


Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Qualifications

-High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
-Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued (we will also train you and lead you in the right direction but must have some type of background)
-Must have excellent organizational skills, data entry, and communication skills
-Willing to learn new things
-Can be a creative problem solver & be able to handle multiple transactions
-Willing to Follow up via email & phone with all parties of the transaction) until files closed are completely funded
-Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
-Looking for full time employment and can work 9 AM - 6 PM CST (2 breaks and a lunch will be given)
