JOB OVERVIEW

Your duties would include calling existing customers regarding a questionnaire which we need filling in. The questionnaire will have approximately 10 questions to ask. The questionnaire must be filled in to a specific standard by guiding our customer through the preset questions, offering advise and guidance on what will make their application more successful. Full training given. Must have good communication skills, preferably with experience in a customer services role and resources to make out bound telephone calls to the UK, basic computer skills and the drive to complete as many application as possible to our existing database of customer (1500 customers to call) in as shorter time period as possible. Bonus available for high standard of work (based on success rate of application) and efficiency in contacting and completing as much of the work that is required .
