As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy and plan.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Management:
Define marketing targets (e.g. site traffic volumes, new unique visitors, new registrations, new first active customers, depositors, conversion rates, CPA and player value) as derived from the overarching financial KPIs;
Assist in the development of tactical action plans: brand positioning, strategic media approach and strategic campaign planning;
Develop together with creative agencies all creative materials for all marketing channels
Monitor, track and evaluate all marketing activities and report KPIs of channels and campaigns to ensure targets are achieved or take respective measures;
Ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with local regulations;
Content:
Create engaging content, for social media,
Planning and implementing social media strategies to further brand recognition
Draft materials capturing the organization's tone and voice, and ensure consistency across all channels including social media, blog content,
Researching to keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors
Monitoring social media accounts and responding to questions and concerns
Engaging in online conversations with prospective and existing clients about our topics in our industry, products, and brand.
Planning and hosting chats and other online events on industry topics
Create and maintain a content calendar that clearly maps out content
Develop unique social media sales tactics and work directly with the creative team on execution and implementation.
Work with cross-functional team to conceptualize and implement promotional
Spearhead segmentation strategy and lead capture initiatives
Assist with and implement company SMS strategy
Requirements
Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a marketing position
Passionate about the online gaming industry.
Business orientation and understanding, entrepreneurial attitude and spirit.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Strong communications skills to convey targets, actions, and plans and inspire others to deliver the plan.
This is a FULL TIME / DEDICATED opportunity. Working for other customers in parallel will require prior approval in writing by the company's CEO.
This position requires partial availability over the weekends to monitor and run campaigns.
