Call Center Reporting Analyst & Quality Assurance

We are a fast-growing moving and junk removal company based on Long Island, NY, USA. We have built a customer service, sales & marketing company that happens to do junk removal and moving - and for the last five years we have been named to the INC 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America. We have worked with remote teams all over the world since 2009 and understand how to build long-term working relationships.

We are seeking the right person to serve as a Call Center Reporting Analyst & Quality Assurance agent. We have a small call center in the U.S. (10-15 agents) that is taking inbound sales calls and making outbound follow up calls on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone with a broad range of call center experience and amazing reporting analysis skills to help us improve our operations.

Responsibilities:
*Create, review and analyze reports based on call volume, sales performance, etc
*Provide Quality Assurance services by reviewing and grading phone calls and providing relevant feedback to our manager
*Assist with Dialpad phone system management
*Review phone calls from specific lead sources and provide feedback on relevance


*Excel / Reporting skills
...formula usage and the ability to read someone else's work and figure out what is happening
...vlookup/sumif/countif functions
...CSV manipulation
...experience with reporting tools (i.e. Zoho Reports) a huge plus!

*Office skills
...ability to learn new software quickly
...strong written English skills
...logical thinking and problem solving

Schedule:
We are located in EST timezone and have remote tea ---------- mbers that have adjusted schedules as long as there is an appropriate amount of overlap with our local team.

You will work directly with our Call Center Manager on a daily basis. This will be your full-time job in order to become an important contributing member of our ---------- pensation:
*$60,000PHP monthly salary (paid twice per month) + 13th Month
*Paid national Regular Holidays (10 days) and national Special Holidays (8 days)
*Paid Vacation Days (7 days per year)
*Health Insurance Contributions after 60 Days of $3,000PHP
*Annual Anniversary "14th Month" Pay
