We have worked with remote teams all over the world since 2009 and understand how to build long-term working relationships.

We are seeking the right person to serve as an Accounting & Reporting Assistant who has previous experience in QuickBooks, excellent Excel skills, is familiar with ADP (or equivalent payroll software) and can handle a wide variety of reporting tasks consistently week in and week out. Attention to detail is an absolute must.

Responsibilities:
*QuickBooks transaction categorization & journal entries
*Payroll hours categorization & preparation
*ADP (we use the RUN platform) maintenance & updates
*New Hire Paperwork Review & Approval
*Reporting on individual employees' performance (update our templates)
*Commission report generation
*Data analysis
*Assist with paperwork process follow through for collections, etc

We will teach you all of our internal procedures, but here's what we need from you to succeed in this position:

*Accounting experience (degree preferred)
...QuickBooks knowledge
...ADP/RUN platform or other payroll knowledge...Journal entry knowledge (you should know what that means)
...Insightful - ability to look at a report and find trends/etc that can help make business decisions

*Excel / Reporting skills
...formula usage and the ability to read someone else's work and figure out what is happening
...vlookup/sumif/countif functions
...CSV manipulation

*Office skills
...ability to learn new software quickly
...strong written English skills
...logical thinking and problem solving

Schedule:
We are located in EST timezone and have remote tea ---------- mbers that have adjusted schedules as long as there is an appropriate amount of overlap with our local team.

You will work directly with our Sr Accountant on a daily basis (based in PH) and communicate directly with members of our team in the U.S. This will be your full-time job in order to become an important contributing member of our ---------- pensation:
*$60,000PHP monthly salary (paid twice per month) + 13th Month
*Paid national Regular Holidays (10 days) and national Special Holidays (8 days)
*Paid Vacation Days (7 days per year)
*Health Insurance Contributions after 60 Days of $3,000PHP
*Annual Anniversary "14th Month" Pay
