SALES TRAINER

Century 21 is looking for a Sales Trainer/Coach. We are looking for a reliable, long term employee who wants to outshine in a collaborative team environment with multiple tasks within the company. Job Description:

• Conduct effective weekly coaching sessions and onboarding training to new agents
• Assist agents with their questions and conduct refresher training
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and create report from it
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and
consultation with line managers

Compensation:
• Earn as much as $ 900 per month

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Coach/Trainer
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership skills, listening and presentation skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Highly organized and a good problem solver
• Strict attention to detail

• Good computer and database skills Fluent with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Must be willing to work from 9AM – 6PM PST or 12AM – 9AM MNL
• Reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 10mbps & up, pc/laptop, back up pc and internet connection, and usb
headset w/ a noise reduction feature
