Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor

We are looking for qualified telemarketers to join our team to cold call real estate leads, real estate investors and generate revenue through wholesaling or flipping. You do not need to have experience in this specific arena to be considered, however experience with phone sales is preferred. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. This is for a part-time position that has the potential to grow into full time.

Responsibilities

Prospect buyer or seller by call, text, and email on a daily basis from various lead sources
Cold Calling Real Estate Investors, finding out their buying criteria and entering investor's information into our CRM
Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources
Schedule appointments with at least 4 motivated sellers/buyers per week
Input/manage client & lead databases
Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices


Skills

Excellent English Communication Skills
At least 3 years of phone sales experience (minimum 6 months of outbound sales)
At least 6 months of US Real Estate knowledge and experience
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
Trustworthy and results-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office
