JOB OVERVIEW

Managing a small team of associates supporting customers. Leading and/or participating in weekly customer calls and taking minutes. Performing billing system related tasks including, but not limited to, payer follow-up, assistance preparing KPI Dashboards and performing Verification of Benefits. Reports directly to CEO. Billing experience with Physical Therapy a plus. Google Suite and Excel experience is required. This position is remote work from home 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 CST.
