We are seeking a talented and motivated assistant to help us grow our business. We are a printing company in the USA. We want to hire someone to respond to my emails, process orders, answer phone calls, take online payments, problem-solve, and overall assist with projects.

One area that I need assistance with is coordinating with our print vendors to ensure we are meeting all customer deadlines.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic person to take care of our current client base in our growing company. ONLY candidates with strong customer service skills should apply. ENGLISH A MUST and SPANISH is a huge plus.

You will be doing phone management and email management, so you need to have an experience in both of these and must have a very strong command of the English language

We need someone who has a strong background in Customer Service and has the ability to handle possible irate customers with patience and diligence.

Your Responsibilities
------------------------

• Customer service
• Calling and doing follow-up with clients
• Communicating and coordinating with our vendors.
• Make sure in getting customer contact information
• Oversee the production of each project
• Contacting existing clients to ensure great experience
• Working with Vendors to meet deadlnes
• Checking inventory and resolving any issues
• Daily and weekly reporting

- You must provide your own equipment (computer and noise-canceling headset)
- Please make sure that you have your backup in case of power outages or internet failure.
- High-speed internet
- Fluent, excellent written English? - Cannot highlight this enough!
- Ability to think like a customer and anticipate what they are looking for
- Able to learn quickly
- Lots of common sense and ability to problem solve/think laterally
- Self directed, diligent and hard-working
