JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an operations manager who believes that philosophy, has a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple projects and accounts for maximum productivity. They’ll be highly skilled in project management, account management, recruiting, and team development. Additionally, they’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within their team. Their ultimate responsibility is to increase revenue through successful project and account management.

Objectives of this role

Maintain constant communication with staff, freelancers, partners, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization and project completion

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain project success
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives from a sales perspective
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Builds and manages relationships with existing client base
Understand the technical and business aspects of each client
Evaluate and manage new initiatives and business opportunities.
Provide monthly revenue forecasts by account
Negotiate contracts with clients; establish a timeline of performance as needed
Manage and solve any conflicts with clients or any problems they may have
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
Establish budgets with the client and company
Keep up with trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect their client
Availability to your clients at most times, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce waste from freelancers, and help coaches/consultants deliver excellent customer service
Skills and qualifications

Two or more years of proven experience in an operations management role
Excellent ability to manage responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of the team and customer service
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software (Hubspot and Asana) and an aptitude for learning new applications
