FORE is a peer-to-peer predictions protocol that allows users to create, participate in and validate real world outcomes in a plat-to-earn format. This innovative approach inverts traditional incentive models to return value to the participants of the protocol which drive its value. With this reinforcing incentive feedback loop coupled with the innovative validation model, we are excited about the promising future FORE has and how this role can develop within it.

About the Position:
Title: Graphics Designer
Key Responsibilities:

- Bring a creative and ambitious approach to digital-based projects
- Bridge the gap between design and technical implementation
- Participate in the full lifecycle of projects, from design brief to production
- Translate creative ideas into viable creative designs and builds
- Work as part of an integrated, multi-skilled team
- Happy to work independently with little oversight
- Liaise with internal and external teams across projects
- Provide detailed QA to your own and others’ work
- Help identify exciting creative opportunities for FORE

Desired Qualities/Skills:

- >3 years experience in a Digital design and build
- Responsive design / build experience
- Excellent skills across Adobe C-suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc)
- Ideally be familiar with Webflow (Wix also acceptable)
- Ability to be flexible on the job, switch tasks quickly!
- Great listener and clear communicator
- Confidence in taking on new challenges
- Friendly and helpful, able to stay positive
- Resilient under pressure and times of high workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and digitally competent
- Proactive and able to work independently when required
