JOB OVERVIEW

We are actively seeking a Philippines based recruiter (WFH) to find/source high quality candidates to fill multiple roles within C9 on a full time, part time and casual basis.

The initial scope will be to fulfill immediately 4 positions in the Philippines both technical and non-technical as well as assist to fulfill bench positions for contract work and future full-time positions that will join C9’s bench of qualified staff.

We are not looking for a list of cold candidates but rather candidates that you have approached, vetted, initially interviewed, and placed on a short list for secondary interviews by management with supporting documentation and feedback on your selections for specific positions.

The selected candidate will provide full cycle recruiting services including:
• Assisting in the creation of position descriptions
• Advertising positions as required through C9’s current job advertising platforms
• Head-hunting (sourcing) on LinkedIn through various means and tools (ideally your own login, license, or profile)
• Sorting resumes & applicants
• Scheduling interviews (both initial and follow up) and stewarding the candidate experience
• Interviewing candidates for each role and producing quality short list profiles
• Tracking candidate communication
• Scheduling hiring assessments with shortlisted candidates
• Advising on pay / requirements with potential pay negotiation as well as maintaining common rates per role type and experience
• Improve the process as you go including interview guides and documentation
• Other recruiting research and tasks from time to time as directed by management.

To be considered, you must have the following:
• 4+ years in recruiting experience with verifiable results
• Excellent oral and written English
• High experience in filling technical positions in the software developments space preferably with Microsoft technologies.
• Available immediately even on a limited capacity.

The initial engagement is expected to be 20 to 40 hrs per week for an initial 2 to 3 months followed by regular involvement as our preferred recruiter for future needs.

Remuneration will be based on a fixed price per approved shortlisted candidate + bonus commission for appointment + hourly rate for requested services in HR strategic improvement areas.
