Product Listings + CS Work *IMMEDIATE START*

An Australian online seafood business is currently looking for a reliable and experienced person to create Product Listings for their website and also help with customer service when busy. This is full time work (at least 40 hours a week). We need someone who is fluent in English writing and speaking, has a positive attitude, has a fast internet connection, and a team player. Work in a fun, fast-paced environment with a great team and good incentives and career progression for the right person.
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS.

Must be familiar with Shopify, have Outlook installed on your PC, and good excel knowledge

Job Requirements

- Must be able to write seafood Product descriptions in a timely manner
- Must be a knowledgeable with seafood
- Has Data entry experience and good researching ability
- Able to answer customer inquiry and complaints via email, chat and phone
