Nurse for annual physical

We are Stripes Primary Care. We bring in patients once a year to do annual physical or annual wellness exam. We need someone that will comb through our EMR (Electronic medical record) to identify patients that are due for annual wellness exam. They will call the patients and schedule for the patients to come in for the exam. The candidate will ask patients initial template questions and document in the EMR.
