Lootbox is a platform that allows anyone to play NFT games for free using money from investors. We assist NFT gamers and guilds in crowdfunding their gaming careers and pay back sponsors through profit-sharing.

Job description:

- Act as the face of the community.
- Encourage a welcoming and inclusive community free of discrimination.
- Oversee all Upgrade to see actual info and other community platform activities.
- Ensure that community discussions are productive and helpful by moderating them.
- Develop, create, and implement community communication plans and initiatives.
- Respond and interact with the community in a timely manner
- Assist with the conception and implementation of virtual events and promotions.
- Oversee and guarantee that all community activities are carried out on time
- Keep the community informed about event updates as they occur.
- Provide the founder with important updates or as needed
- Other responsibilities relating to community management that may be given from time to time.


Qualifications:
- Key skills: community management, copywriting, and community moderation
- Have extensive knowledge of crypto games and web3 communities.
- Experience managing a big Upgrade to see actual info group as well as other social media platforms
- Capable of assimilating data and information to generate entertaining and useful social media posts
- Is able to absorb data and information in order to write an interesting article or give a compelling presentation
- Has excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
- Is able to distill difficult topics into simple concepts and sound bites that are intelligible to the average layperson and attract media attention.
- Superior time management and organizing abilities
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Willing to work nights and weekends when events occur
- Experience organizing Esports competitions is a significant plus but not a requirement
